Honey Teriyaki Salmon

This sticky sweet, savory salmon with honey teriyaki sauce. Cooks in a skillet or baked in oven. Dinner takes 10 mins.

        Yield: Serves 3-4


    •    1 tbsp oil
    •    1 lb. (0.4 kg) salmon, cut into two pieces

For Honey Teriyaki Glaze:

        2 tbsps soy sauce
    •    2 tbsps Japanese cooking sake
    •    4 tbsps honey white sesame, for ganishing


  1. Mix all the ingredients in the Honey Teriyaki Glaze together. Whisk to blend well. Combine the salmon and the Glaze together.
  2. Heat up a skillet on medium-low heat. Add the oil, Pan-fry the salmon on both sides until it's completely cooked inside and the glaze thickens.
  3. Garnish with sesame and serve immediately.
