No items will be delivered unless full payment is made in advance. If full payment is not made prior to the cut off date for the next delivery your order may be delayed.
Orders placed before 12noon will be delivered the next day in the afternoon excluding Sundays and Mondays.
If your not home when we arrive?
We always confirm the delivery time/day in advance via email so if you are not home for delivery we will call the contact number listed on your order to see if delivery is still possible, otherwise the order will be returned to our depo and another delivery date will be made.
If we are unable to make delivery a second time additional delivery charges may apply to your order.
We guarantee all of our products are 100% true to their description and are of a restaurant quality cut.
If you are dissatisfied with any of our products or services, we will replace the product, or refund all or part of your money after an assessment of your complaint has been done.
Please check the contents of your order upon delivery because once the delivery note has been signed it is then assumed that your order has been fulfilled and a refund is less likely to be granted.
If you do have an issue with our products or services after delivery has been accepted please contact us via email@example.com within 24 hours.
