This rack of Lamb Frenched with the fat kept on (cap on) is great for baking, cutting in to individual chops for lamb cutlets and more.
Each rack of lamb has 8 pieces per pack of 600-800gm.
They are easy to carve with no bone on the base of the rack.
This pack has not been previously frozen and will be OK if unopened in the fridge for approx 1 week.
If you open the original packaging or receive this piece portioned then it can only be kept in the fridge for approx 2-4 days and is then safe to be frozen if needed.
