Description - Long line wild caught from the East Coast waters of northern New Zealand, particularly from Gisborne area northwards. John Dory offer excellent eating quality. Tarakihi makes for good eating. It is one of the most popular eating fish in New Zealand with their medium to firm white flesh which is suitable for most cooking methods. Great for ceviche and sashimi.
