Terms and Conditions

Payment: Member's bill will be charged the month of Delivery. 

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation will not be accepted once order is received.

All orders placed Monday-Friday before 12noon will be delivered the next day.

Farmer's Market is available for deliveries Tuesday-Saturday however we don't do deliveries on a Sundays or Mondays.

Orders over $500 are delivered free of charge to all locations and orders under $500 have a $50 delivery fee.

If you have a special request for delivery or about our products please contact us via info@farmersmarket.com.hk or add it to the notes section when checking out.

We use SF Express to do all our deliveries with their chilled trucks to ensure your delivery is kept chilled at all times.

Undeliverable Locations

Unfortunately at this stage we will not be able to deliver to some outlaying islands like Cheung Chau, Lamma, Sai Kung Country Park, South Lantau etc. If you want to confirm if we can deliver to your address please email info@farmersmarket.com.hk for confirmation.  If we don't deliver to your location we suggest having your order delivered to a friend or office instead.

Delivery Times

Delivery times will be between 9-2pm for all areas EXCLUDING the following which will be delivered between 2-6pm;

Shek O, Stanley, Chung Hom Kok, Repulse Bay, Deep Water Bay, South Bay, Tai Tam, The Peak, Mid-levels, Happy Valley, Jardine's Lookout, Wan Chai - Shiu Fai Terrace, Wan Chai - Tung Shan Terrace, Fanling - Kwan Tei, Fanling - Ping Che, Tai Po - Sam Mun Tsai, Tai Po - Tung Tsz, Tai Po - Tai Mei Tuk, Tai Po - Tai Po Kau, Tai Po - Kau To Shan, Sheung Shui - Kwu Tung (including Ho Sheung Heung, Hang Tau), Sai Kung, Clear Water Bay, Lam Kam Road, Fan Kam Road, Kam Sheung Road, Yuen Long - Kam Tin, Yuen Long - Shek Kong, Yuen Long - Pat Heung, Tung Chung, Ma Wan

An example of our delivery times is below:

Orders in before noon on a Monday are delivered on Tuesdays

Orders in before noon on a Tuesday are delivered on Wednesdays

Orders in before noon on a Wednesday are delivered on Thursdays

Orders in before noon on a Thursday are delivered on Fridays

Orders in before noon on a Friday are delivered on Saturday

Orders received after noon on Friday and during Saturday, Sunday and Monday before noon will be delivered on Tuesdays.

Weather Delays

If the HK Observatory issues a Black Rain warning or T8 warning all delivery services will stop and then continue when the warning is reduced which may mean your delivery will be delayed till the next day depending on the time of the warning.
