Description - As the name suggests, this cut of meat contains a bone in the shape of a T. One side contains a portion of tenderloin, the other striploin, giving you the best of both worlds in one steak. It’s a perfect candidate for your backyard grill, cooked hot and fast.

All of our chilled products can be stored in the fridge for approx. 2-3 days before freezing is required. All frozen products can be stored in the freezer for approx. 3 months from delivery.
