Description - Pork mince is tasty and versatile and because it's relatively lean, its also a healthy option. Add it to stir fries, burgers, san chow bau and pastas. The fat content in this mince is 10% and comes from the natural fat from the pork cuts, no additional fat is added to the mince.
All our pork is hormone and antibiotic-free and restaurant quality, so we know you'll love it.
All of our chilled products can be stored in the fridge for approx. 2-3 days before freezing is required. All frozen products can be stored in the freezer for approx. 3 months from delivery.
