Description - Lamb Backstrap is a premium cut of lamb, which is milder and more delicate in flavour. It’s lean and meaty, so should be cooked quickly to ensure it remains tender. Perfect marinated and pan fried and also in salads.
All our lamb is hormone and antibiotic-free and of the same quality standard used in restaurants, so we know you'll love it.
Our chilled products can be stored in the fridge for approx. 2-3 days before freezing is required. Frozen products can be stored in the freezer for approx. 3 months from delivery.
