Description – Ocean farmed in Australia. Barramundi packed with heart-healthy omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. Barramundi is also light on bones, which can be removed easily, and the fat content produces a luscious, succulent result, though with only half the calories of wild salmon. Barramundi has a sweet flavour, robust flakes with a nice mild flavour.
All of our chilled products can be stored in the fridge for approx. 2-3 days before freezing is required. All frozen products can be stored in the freezer for approx. 3 months from delivery.
