Description - Tenderloin is typically the most tender cut of beef with little to no fat. It has a very delicate flavour and is recommended for a quick stove-top sear before finishing off in the oven. Tastes best Medium/Rare. This piece can be roasted whole or sliced in to approximately 12 steaks.

Our chilled products can be stored in the fridge for approx. 2-3 days before freezing is required. Frozen products can be stored in the freezer for approx. 3 months from delivery.
