Description - Sometimes this cut is called a 'Tomahawk', however we have cut the extension of the bone off prior to packing so the bone on this cut is shorter than a Tomahawk. This single OP Rib is basically a massive rib eye on the bone that you would normally cook on the BBQ or in the oven.

Our chilled products can be stored in the fridge for approx. 2-3 days before freezing is required. Frozen products can be stored in the freezer for approx. 3 months from delivery.
