Description - Special Gaboriau No 4 are farmed by the Gaboriau family for 5 generations. Located on the tiny island of Oleron (France Atlantic coast). The Gaboriau farm enjoy the benefit of the Atlantic Ocean pure water and the richness of the sediments carried by the Charente River. Gaboriau Special oysters are creamy and sweet with a subtil nutty flavor. $174 for six unshucked.
