Description - This Wagyu Rib Eye steak is a high grade of marbling and is probably best when it is thinly sliced and eaten in dishes such as Shyabu-Shyabu or Hot Pot. It can also be cut up and eaten as steaks for those who like buttery and rich flavours. It has a Marble Grading of 5 which is a medium level of fat

All of our chilled products can be stored in the fridge for approx. 2-3 days before freezing is required. All frozen products can be stored in the freezer for approx. 3 months from delivery.
