Diemen's Inferno uses the Australian Reaper chilli pepper and an intense dosage of our Diemen Pepper, for a tongue numbing heat sensation that promises to recurrect your taste-buds from beyond the grave.
It's the Diemen pepper berry, which contains polygodial fruity flavour with hints of Aussie rainforest, slowly releasing a tingling burn similar to Sichuan pepper.
The Diemen pepper (Tasmania Lanceolata) leaves and fruit are up to 5 times stronger than ordinary black pepper and have 4 times the anti-oxidants of blueberries.
