It is typically the most tender cut of beef as the name suggests with the least amount of fat.
It has a very delicate flavour and is recommended for pan frying or BBQing and cut in to steaks.
This is a 1.6-2kg vacuum packed piece of Chilled Tenderloin which can be sliced in to approximately 14 steaks or diced.
This pack has not been previously frozen and will be OK if unopened in the fridge for upto 14 days, and after open around 3-5 days.
Once opened and sliced you can freeze this item however we recommend for the best quality and taste to eat it when it is at its chilled state.
