Pears and white stone fruits on the nose with melon. Mandarin and pears on the palate framed by varietal viscosity restrained by crunchy acidity. Grapes were sourced from three main vineyards; one in the King Valley, the other, Stratford Vineyard, just north of Nagambie and the Mitchelton Vineyard. With the cooler summer in 2017 the tropical aromas are less pronounced bringing the style back towards a more classic style.
