Description - The Lamb Shoulder usually has more fat than that of a leg of lamb and therefore will need a more low and slow roasting approach in order to render it out. This also means that that the meat will come out moist and juicy. Enjoy it as a roast or shred it up and use up in salads, wraps, pastas.
