Sometimes this cut is called a 'Tomahawk', however we have cut the extension of the bone off prior to packing so the bone on this cut is shorter than a Tomahawk.
This single OP Rib is basically a massive rib eye on the bone that you would normally cook on the BBQ or in the oven.
This is frozen and will be OK frozen for up to 3-4 months.
Once opened defrosted this product can stay chilled for approx. 3-4 days in the fridge.
