This is a 2.5-2.8kg vacuum packed piece of Chilled Rib Eye (Scotch Fillet) which can be sliced in to approximately 12 steaks or cooked as a roast.
This pack has not been previously frozen and will be OK if unopened in the fridge for approx 1-2 weeks. If you open the original packaging or receive this piece portioned then it can only be kept in the fridge for approx 2-4 days and is then safe to be frozen if needed.
